Working in safety is one of the most important aspects of a construction site. By regularly approaching and discussing Health and Safety matters, it improves how services are delivered on-site. ToolBox Talks combined with daily briefs and safety-oriented meetings form the main ways the Health and Safety measures and regulations are implemented and made known to all operatives.

  Endorsed by HSE Regulations and Guidance, the brief and informal discussion is presented to the workforce members clearly and professionally. The delivery of the information falls onto the responsibility of the Supervisor/Manager of the operatives. If operatives do not possess the ability to understand English, they should appoint an interpreter. They must take care of this measure to deliver the information to all operatives.

  At CIVCONS DESIGN, our Supervisors/Managers, who have been trained and have a broad knowledge of H&S regulations, regularly carry out ToolBox Talks with the other workforce members. We achieved more than 25,000 Working Hours without a single accident or incident by following all the HSE measures.
