  Credibility, strength, importance…

  Why are these attributes mostly given to men?   
  Possible because it is the historical events that slowed down women’s emancipation, but is it correct?
  From my point of view, construction or the technical field, in general, is just a branch in which there is an imbalance in decision making. There are opinions according to which women were born to be vulnerable, sensitive, grow generations, and take care of a man, without too many professional implications. Superficially, isn’t it ?!
  The female gender, like the male one, has coherent opinions, thinking directed towards success, ideas that can complete and bring success! But he lacks self-confidence, namely a team of criticism of judgment. 
  “No rose has splendour if the soil is not qualitative”. Therefore, no man will reach the maximum levels of success without female influences.
  We were born to be equal! So, there are women with technical, administrative potential that could help them succeed in business and family life. Pride has no place when it comes to professionalism. Together we can change the world! The man “builds” as the woman “plans.”
  There are no areas in which only one gender category should be active; women can be outstanding engineers, builders, electricians, just as men can be passionate about cooking and clothing design; these being just a few examples.
  Dear women, let’s not forget that our opinions also matter through the courage to express our opinion. Any home or building can receive information, which will be admired and appreciated even by the fiercest men when he discovers their usefulness.
