\u00a0 “Great things have small beginnings”<\/span><\/strong>, even when starting a construction project. At the very beginning, there is nothing else on site other than many people who walk there and forth discussing design ideas or how they will manage the project to deliver it most safely and professionally possible. Then the project-appointed team starts to have meetings and debate the most appropriate resources for the new construction. Others are discussing management plans or setting a project schedule and decide on implementing project management plans and in what manner to track and monitor each phase of the project.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0The most valuable resource when starting a new project is the workforce, not the expensive materials or the costs of the plant. The first thing that we must consider is how to make a safe and pleasant environment for the workforce. At\u00a0<\/span>CIVCONS DESIGN<\/span><\/strong>, whenever we are starting a small or big project, the initial action is to develop plans and measures to protect, improve, and support our operatives.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0In this phase, there is still a lot of uncertainty in those who cannot see the finished product in their imagination. But, once the plans are approved, and the suitable measures are implemented, the work starts commencing. Starting by setting out the perimeter and doing the principal measurements, then putting an existing base to the new structure are the first main steps when discussing the project’s building process.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
