\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/em>Ca fost editor \u00een\u00a0<\/span><\/em>AD China<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/a>, I found out that female no longer participates in the construction domain. Women now play a more and more critical role in this area.<\/span><\/em><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0Putem vedea\u00a0<\/span><\/em>Premiul Pritzker 2020<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0se duce la\u00a0<\/span><\/em>Yvonne Farrell \u0219i Shelley McNamara<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/a>, co-founders of\u00a0<\/span><\/em>Grafton Architect<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/a>, signalling a beacon and a light for other women. They showed us that talent, whether it\u2019s from men or women, is very valuable nowadays. Meanwhile, more and more female shows significant interests in this domain. Womenswear designer\u00a0<\/span><\/em>Roksanda Ilincic<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0made a splendid interior design, an apartment in London for herself. What impressed me a lot was, she worked with an almost exclusively female team on this project, which led the whole space imbued with femininity and a sense of the texture of what women love.<\/span><\/em><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0Women are passionate, independent, opinionated. They are soft as well as firm enough to against almost everything. They discuss the relationship between natural resources and the craft just like\u00a0<\/span><\/em>Yvonne Farrell \u0219i Shelley McNamara<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>did; They seem to be easier to come from the female perspective, thinking about making women\u2019s lives more accessible in a remarkably unexpected way.<\/span><\/em><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0A sense of architecture and design comes naturally to women. It seems like that construction domain is no longer something men are meant to do or are expected to show advantages in. What\u2019s more, female power in the construction domain may be the new normal.<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
