\u00a0 Why are these attributes mostly given to men? \u00a0\u00a0
<\/span><\/em>\u00a0 Possible because it is the historical events that slowed down women\u2019s emancipation, but is it correct?
<\/span><\/em>\u00a0 From my point of view, construction or the technical field, in general, is just a branch in which there is an imbalance in decision making. There are opinions according to which women were born to be vulnerable, sensitive, grow generations, and take care of a man, without too many professional implications. Superficially, isn\u2019t it ?!
<\/span><\/em>\u00a0 The female gender, like the male one, has coherent opinions, thinking directed towards success, ideas that can complete and bring success! But he lacks self-confidence, namely a team of criticism of judgment.<\/span><\/em>\u00a0
\u00a0 \u201cNo rose has splendour if the soil is not qualitative\u201d. Therefore, no man will reach the maximum levels of success without female influences.
<\/span><\/em>\u00a0 We were born to be equal! So, there are women with technical, administrative potential that could help them succeed in business and family life. Pride has no place when it comes to professionalism. Together we can change the world! The man \u201cbuilds\u201d as the woman \u201cplans.\u201d
<\/span><\/em>\u00a0 There are no areas in which only one gender category should be active; women can be outstanding engineers, builders, electricians, just as men can be passionate about cooking and clothing design; these being just a few examples.
<\/span><\/em>\u00a0 Dear women, let\u2019s not forget that our opinions also matter through the courage to express our opinion. Any home or building can receive information, which will be admired and appreciated even by the fiercest men when he discovers their usefulness.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
